_Patchwork City Farms (PCF) is a small multi-family owned urban farm located in the South West of Atlanta in the Historic West End Neighborhood. Patchwork City Farm's (PCF) mission is to work with local landholders, public and private, to create a sustainable, naturally grown local food system.

What is a CSA?
Food Producers + Food Consumers + Annual Commitment to Each Other = CSA. Consumer make a full payment at the beginning of the growing year and in exchange for supporting your local farmer you receive a basket of our healthy seasonal bounty.

Upcoming Events

We will be planting three varieties of fingerling potatoes this weekend. Come out and help us prepare for the planting. We are also going to plant tomatoes in the near future. We need people to come out to weed and mulch the foot paths. Helping your farmer is a great way to stay healthy, learn about new crops, meet new people and spend time outdoors.
